Residence Metropole Opera

Has anyone stayed at the Residence Metropole Opera at 2, rue de Gramont? This is a time share trade option for a friend who is planning a trip soon. It looks like a convenient location. Any thoughts?

We are family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children (11 %26amp; 12 years old). We are in Paris now. Originally, we book consective 4 nights i Residence Metrople Opera Hotel. Comments from other websites are quite good that%26#39;s why we booked it. When we check-in on Jun 23, 2009, we booked a junior suite. I won%26#39;t recommend you to try this hotel. Simple but not clean. They offered water boiler, kitchen utensils but very unclean. The room is incredibly hot and without air-conditioner. However, the receptionist is very helpful. She tried her best to swift room for us but still, Air conditioner doesn%26#39;t work well. Then, my hub and I go search another hotel. Thank you God, we found Gramont Hotel, which is very nice and very clean. A bit small but cleaniess is more important. It looks like a brand new hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. 2 min walk will have supermarket, restaurants, 6 min can reach Musee de Lourve. Very very convenient. I highly recommended this hotel to everyone. Breakfast is good too, Euro12/pax, not cheap but they have all and special variety for you.
