If you would like a special restaurant ( great food, nice china, table cloths and ambiance for under 300€, I can easily recommend Mas de Entremont http://www.masdentremont.com/fra_index.asp. It is about 5-7 minutes outside of Aie En Provence with ample parking (or an easy cab ride).

Thank you so much for your help. Mary Gregoire, I have looked at Mas d%26#39;Entremont and it seems lovely. Lou, I was already aware of Clos de la Violette but very much appreciate your recommendation of it. This will be a lovely decision to make.
Others have suggested the restaurant at Villa Gallici or the restaurant at Le Pigonnet. Any thoughts on either of these two would be appreciated as the reviews on TA are vague to mixed.
