I am planning on travelling from Antibes to Barcelona and wants to know the best and cheapest way to go. Bus, car, plane, train or boat. Does anyone have any recommendations

Spanish budget airline Vueling offers flights from Barcelona to Nice for around 60 euros one way. Look at their website.
Iberia and Air France also fly but are very expensive.
Bus from Nice airport to Antibes is 1 euro.
You can take a train stopping at Antibes. You must change at Montpelier - when I did this it took about 7 hours all in - but it is a very scenic trip including going through a lake filled with pink flamingos.
You will also finds there are buses between Nice and Barcelona - not much cheaper and perhaps only for masochists.
