Weekly pass information

Hi,

We will be in Paris from 11th July noon to 15th July evening. What is the best weekly pass for us ? I was reading somewhere that the weely passes are from Mon to Saturday. But then do I need two passes ? Or should one take a book of carnets ?

We may hire a bike for a day.

Yours is a case where the 5-day Paris Visite might be good, or just buy a carnet or two as needed (+ your bike rental)...

Hi. Realised from the site you mentioned that Carte Orange pass may be better and cheaper than the visite. It is 16.80 euros for 7 days for zone 1 and 2. Does one need zone 3 too ? Read in some posts that zones 1 and 2 are good for paris. Thanks

Usually the Carte Orange is much better than the Paris Visite, but notice that it%26#39;s valid from Monday to Sunday. Since you%26#39;ll be in Paris from Saturday to Wednesday, the only relevant options for you are, as travelnutty suggested, the Paris Visite or the carnet.

P.S zone 3 isn%26#39;t needed, but since there%26#39;s no 1-2 version of the Paris Visite, the most basic pass is 1-3.

Kavita-you probably know this but you also pay 5Euros for the card itself and you need a photo.
